Only gain I got from using the Cortex was that I could correct my speedometer which was off when I had over-sized tires installed. No performance change, minimal if any fuel mileage increase.
Would not buy another or recommend to anybody.

Quick and easy installation. I can definitely notice the power increase across all RPMs. There appears to be about a 10% increase in MPG.

This made noticable difference in power. I also installed a cold air intake and flowmaster exhaust and now my truck is like a rocket. I have been switching between settings and it seems to be doing everything it says.
